No relief for Romney from his Middle East disaster yesterday, and none in sight today

Also: tax returns; crazy old man talks to chair. Just thought I’d remind you.

The House meets today to consider the “No More Solyndras Act,” making this the first week all year they’ve held votes Monday through Friday. The Senate has left town for the week, and returns next week to take a crack at finishing up the veterans jobs bill. Instead of having to overcome the usual 60-vote cloture threshold, they’ll have to overcome the 60-vote Budget Act waiver threshold.
