Obama win could cost Romney $5M in personal taxes

FILE - In this May 24, 2012, file photo President Barack Obama waves before speaking at TPI Composites Factory, a wind turbine blades manufacturer in Newton, Iowa. Obama argued for Congress to renew wind energy tax credits.
