A new Public Policy Polling survey in Ohio finds Gov. John Kasich (R) remains one of the most unpopular governors in the country with a 36% to 53% approval rating. The only governor with worse approval numbers is Florida’s Rick Scott (R).
In fact, Kasich would lose a hypothetical rematch to predecessor Ted Strickland (D) by a wide 54% to 39% margin.
